Currently we have an urgent opening for an **Outbound Stores Supervisor** Position with one of our clients, located at **Navi Mumbai.**

**Designation**:Outbound Stores Supervisor (TMS Payroll)**

**Qualification**: Minimum Bachelor/Master’s degree with specialization in Material Management.

**Experience**:6+ years of experience in Stores / warehouse operation

**Location**:Navi Mumbai
- Timely issue of material to relevant stakeholders as per given plan for the day.
- Material pulling as per Kit requirement and transfer of material in ERP system.
- Single point contact for all Kiosk vendors, Shop floor supervisors & internal team
- Liaison with finance team and procurement team for creating RTV Delivery challan
- Communicate the shortage material to relevant stakeholders on time and provide resolutions for the issues raised by the team.
- Ensuring zero-line stoppage due to shortage of material

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Kiosk vendors by supplying the requested material on commercial Invoice.
- Material kit pulling to be performed as per instruction from production planning dept.
- Preparation of Invoicing and E-waybill of all dispatch of material from factory to outside vendors.
- SPOC for all production related questions related to issuance of material from stores as per Bill of Material.
- Timely availability of material from Bhiwandi warehouse as per safety stock level specified in the system.
- Process delivery challan and RTV documentations for materials to be sent back to vendor as part of quality rejections.

**Key Performance Indicator**:

- Zero-line stoppage due to material available in factory but not issued on time to shop floor.
- Sales order to Invoicing tag time and accuracy in Invoicing material as per BOM.
- Compliance related to E-waybill and dispatch documentations and adherence to SOP.
- Resolutions to queries from shop floor supervisors and managers regarding material issuance and ERP transactions.
- Real time updating of ERP entries for any material movement and RTV process.
- Timely closure of all open points with stakeholders from Finance, Procurement, Quality team, engineering team etc.

**Skills Set**:

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamix Axapta ERP system
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English language and customer service skills, regional language would be added advantage
- Ability to maintain appropriate data/ record and trends (i.e., MIS and PODs)
- Good Computer Knowledge (MS Office and very good knowledge of Excel (Advance excel formula knowledge) and Power Point).
- Good administrative, manpower management & organizational and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to multitask, works in a fast-paced environment, and meets deadlines.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Analytical & strong stakeholder management skills, being entrepreneurial thinking
