**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research, identify, and reach out to nano influencers across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- Communicate campaign goals and negotiate deliverables.
- Maintain influencer database with regular updates.
- Ensure influencer deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Track campaign results and provide performance reports.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaign alignment.
- Meet monthly influencer collaboration targets.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months - 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital outreach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate and manage influencer relationships.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and platforms.
- Immediate joiners only.
