Position: Influencer Marketing Executive
Location: Pune
Roles & Responsibilities:
**1) Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct in-depth research to identify influencers (micro, macro, and celebrity) relevant to our brand and franchise opening events across multiple cities.
- Utilize platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others to source influencers who align with our brand values and target audience.
**2) Collaboration & Negotiation**:
- Reach out to potential influencers and negotiate collaboration terms, including pricing, deliverables, and event involvement.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with influencers, ensuring their engagement and alignment with brand goals.
- Negotiate competitive pricing models based on influencer data, audience size, and engagement rates.
**3) Data Collection & Analysis**:
- Maintain a database of influencers, their audience demographics, and pricing information by city, ensuring up-to-date and accurate data.
**4) Event Coordination**:
- Coordinate influencer participation in franchise opening events, ensuring influencers are briefed, scheduled, and prepared for the events.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0-1 experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Freshers can also apply
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, etc.), trends, and influencer landscape.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
