**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound sales calls.

Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products, services, and promotions.

Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Achieve daily/weekly targets for customer outreach and issue resolution.

Maintain customer records and update with call details.

Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve services.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably from OEM Autoparts sales in an outbound call process targeting U.S. customers.

Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities.

Adaptability: Ability to handle high call volumes and meet performance targets.

Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English; familiarity with American culture and customer expectations.

Time Flexibility: Willing to work night shifts to align with U.S. business hours (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM) and work from the office.

Education: Any Graduate
