**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Capture high-quality photographs and videos that align with the brand's aesthetic and objectives.
- Develop and execute creative concepts for visual content in collaboration with the marketing and creative teams.
- **Photography and Videography**:

- Conduct photoshoots for products, events, and promotional materials.
- Create engaging video content, including promotional videos, interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- **Equipment Management**:

- Ensure all photography and videography equipment is well-maintained and up-to-date.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in photographic and videographic technologies.
- **Post-Production**:

- Edit and retouch photos to meet quality standards.
- Edit and assemble video footage, adding music, graphics, and other special effects as needed.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to understand visual requirements for campaigns and projects.
- Collaborate with other creatives, including graphic designers and copywriters, to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing final product.
- **Organizational Skills**:

- Manage and organize digital files, ensuring easy accessibility and retrieval.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workflow to meet deadlines and project timelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Photographer and Videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of photography and videography styles.
- Proficient in operating professional cameras, lighting equipment, and editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute visual ideas.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for composition and framing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current trends in photography and videography.

**Salary**: ₹10,042.69 - ₹39,759.03 per month

**Benefits**:
