**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development of brand assets and maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
- Adapt existing designs to various formats and sizes.
- Prepare files for production and ensure accurate output.
- Work collaboratively with senior designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Present design concepts and revisions clearly and effectively.
- Respond to feedback and adapt work accordingly.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with other design tools.
- Good understanding of web design principles and UI/UX concepts.
- Ability to manage and organize digital files.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Maintain organized files and adhere to project workflows.
- Prioritize tasks effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends and techniques.
- Seek opportunities to expand design knowledge and skills.
- Be receptive to constructive criticism and incorporate feedback into your work.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and projects.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Familiarity with other video editing and motion graphics software is a plus.
- Understanding of video codecs, formats, and compression techniques.
- Good understanding of audio editing.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Experience in a specific industry related to the company.
