**We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team and play a key role in developing exceptional visual communication across various mediums.**

This individual will be a packaging design specialist but also possess fluency in other design areas.

**Responsibilities: Packaging Designer**
- Conceptualize, design, and develop creative packaging solutions that are visually appealing, informative, and functional.
- Ensure packaging designs comply with printing and production specifications, including size, materials, and sustainability considerations.
- Work collaboratively with vendors and printers to ensure accurate production and high-quality packaging.
- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to understand brand guidelines, target audience, and product information for packaging design.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in packaging design.
- Design brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
- Contribute to logo design projects, following brand guidelines and ensuring consistency.
- Assist with developing and maintaining brand identity elements, including color palettes, typography, and visual style.
- Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends across print and digital media.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in packaging design and a demonstrated ability to work in other design areas like brochures, logos, and brand identity.
- Fluency in paper printing processes for all aforementioned design areas (brochures, packaging, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Proficiency in Creative Suites (Coraldraw, Photoshop, Illustrator,).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually compelling designs across various mediums.
- Familiarity with sustainability considerations in design.

Pay: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year
