**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the claims adjudication process to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Utilize UiPath to automate repetitive tasks and improve process efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Provide support in the Provider and Payer domains to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in claims adjudication.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of process documentation and training materials.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims to meet service level agreements.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on process improvements and best practices.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance process efficiency.
- Provide training and support to new team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**
- Possess experience in UiPath to automate and streamline processes.
- Have a strong understanding of claims adjudication processes and best practices.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Provider and Payer domains to support seamless operations.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
- Show ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to night shifts.
- Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in claims processing.
