Job Summary:
As a Graphic Designer specializing in in-house social media channels such as LinkedIn and Instagram, as well as fulfilling artwork requirements for the company, you will be instrumental in creating visually compelling and cohesive designs. This role requires a keen understanding of social media trends, branding, and the ability to produce creative assets that resonate with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Graphics:

- Design eye-catching graphics for LinkedIn and Instagram that align with the company's brand guidelines and messaging.
- Create engaging visual content, including but not limited to posts, stories, and banners, tailored to the unique characteristics of each platform.

2. Multichannel Campaign Support:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop graphics for multichannel campaigns, ensuring consistency across social media platforms and other company materials.
- Tailor designs to fit the visual requirements of different campaigns, promotions, and events.

3. Content Calendar Collaboration:

- Work closely with the social media team to align graphic designs with the content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant posts on LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Provide creative input to enhance the overall effectiveness of social media campaigns.

4. Corporate Artwork:

- Create custom artwork for various company needs, including internal presentations, reports, and other corporate materials.
- Design marketing collateral such as brochures, posters, and banners as required.

5. Branding Consistency:

- Ensure that all graphics, whether for social media or corporate use, adhere to established brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a unified visual identity across all design projects.

6. Photography and Image Editing:

- Curate, edit, and incorporate relevant images into social media and corporate designs.
- Enhance visual storytelling through the selection and editing of impactful images.

7. Adaptability and Innovation:

- Stay informed about design trends and evolving features on social media platforms.
- Implement innovative design elements to keep the company's visual content fresh and engaging.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
