**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Job Summary

The Chief of Staff role for Platform Services would support various day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, manage projects and work across Tower Leads to ensure consistency of the programs being run. The role would require cross-collaboration across teams.

Job Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Platform Services India leadership team & product line General Managers to develop and implement organizational strategies and initiatives
- Manage cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with IP’s priorities and goals
- Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to the organization, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across the organization, including regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external to the organization
- Serve as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the Platform Services Chief of Staff, PS Leadership Team and other senior leaders

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as business, management, or public administration)
- At least 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a track record of success in driving strategic initiatives and managing complex projects
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decision-making. Sound working knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint
- High level of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information and situations with tact and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering results
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve organizational goals
- Experience in a similar role in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
- Experience in a leadership role, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams

Preferred qualifications, capabilities & skills:

- Experience of working in a technology environment is an added advantage
- Experience of working in a similar role in the past would be a plus
