Strategy Associate

**You will**:

- Act as a strategic partner to the cofounders and global BD team and help drive a number of high-stakes projects and initiatives critical to the success of the organization.
- Own and execute a portfolio of high-priority, critical, and strategic operational projects on behalf of the firm’s leadership team.
- Assist different business heads and team members in driving growth, business development, product development, and investor relations-related projects
- Work with global external stakeholders in the crypto ecosystem including trading firms, infrastructure firms, custodians, token issuers, and protocols to assist the leadership team in building and driving firm strategy and new projects.
- Build and develop relationships with global stakeholders in the financial services and asset management industry to assist the leadership team in identifying opportunities and driving key strategic projects.
- Keep up to speed on new developments in the crypto and financial services industry, perform competitor analysis, and assist business leaders in developing a market strategy.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive projects to closure.
- Solve problems through structured thinking, research, project planning, and on-ground execution.
- Work with the leadership team to manage the firm’s global operations and drive automation and process improvement.
- This role may require traveling up to 25% of the time.

**Who you are**:

- At least 2 years of business analyst experience in a Tier 1 Consulting firm (McKinsey/Bain/BCG) or Investment Bank (BAML, CS, JPMC GS, Deutsche Bank, Citi, Morgan Stanley), preferably with experience of projects related to capital markets, B2B financial services.
- A high degree of passion/interest in blockchain technologies and the fintech ecosystem is a must. Any prior experience/involvement in working with the B2B fintech ecosystem is a plus.
- Drive and enthusiasm to get involved in the nuts & bolts of execution. Prior experience and involvement in driving projects is a plus.
- Someone who enjoys taking ownership learns quickly and has a bias for action.
- Should be able to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Has the ability to break down a problem into smaller chunks and the ability to balance between the big picture and tactical activities.

**Supreet Kaur, Cofounder & COO**: 14+ yrs experience as a business operator in emerging markets including Meta Platforms; expertise in M&A integration and blockchain solutions.
