Daycare Incharge

**Job Summary**:
The Day Care Incharge will be responsible for managing the day care facility within the school, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children before and after school hours.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and care for children in the day care.
- Plan age-appropriate activities for physical, emotional, and social development.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and well-being of all children.
- Maintain attendance and incident records.
- Coordinate with parents and school staff as needed.
- Manage support staff assigned to the day care.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate with a background in early childhood education (preferred).
- Prior experience in child care or early education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, compassion, and ability to handle young children.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
