Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Project Leadership:

- Lead the design and development of residential redevelopment projects.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones.
- Design and Development:

- Utilize Revit software to create conceptual designs, 2D drawings, 3D models, and renderings.
- Develop design proposals that align with client requirements, site constraints, and regulatory guidelines.
- Produce detailed construction drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and consultants to address project objectives and challenges.
- Facilitate client meetings, presentations, and design reviews.
- Coordinate with internal teams to integrate architectural designs with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Team Management and Mentorship:

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members, interns, and drafters.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members.
- Regulatory Compliance:

- Stay updated on building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
- Ensure designs comply with local codes, accessibility requirements, and sustainability guidelines.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals for project implementation.
- Quality Assurance:

- Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality control checks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Address design discrepancies, construction issues, and client concerns in a timely manner.
- Uphold high standards of design excellence, functionality, and durability.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Professional licensure as an Architect preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an architecture firm, focusing on residential redevelopment projects.
- Proficiency in Revit software is essential; familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing innovative residential redevelopment designs and technical proficiency.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
