We are looking for an Architect to be an integral member of our design team and assist the Project Architect or Project Leader in creating design and working drawings within schedule.
This is a great opportunity for a passionate and creative mind to take on dynamic and challenging projects.
Roles and Responsibilities

- To be able to handle a project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
- Produce conceptual drawings, renderings, mood boards and documents.
- To be able to Co-ordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
- Proficiency in Autocad( Mandatory), Sketch up, Adobe Suite, MS Office, Photoshop,Excel, Rhino etc
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- High attention to detail.
- Knowledge of building products, services and construction details.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and keep them within budgets and timelines.
- Skills in drafting architectural plans and high quality Detailing.
- Coordination with customer at design and construction stage.
- Make on-site visits.
- Ensure all works are carried out as per the design.
- One should have strong visualization and conceptualization abilities.
- Expertise in layout color, lighting, materials selection.
- Need to have knowledge about MEP and structural design.
