**Location**: Bramhapriya World School, Wadgaon Sheri (New Kalyani Nagar)

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our team at Bramhapriya World School and provide high-quality early childhood education for children aged 0-5 years. You will create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment that promotes children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities that meet the needs of individual children and support EYFS goals.
- Create a nurturing and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration, curiosity, and a love of learning.
- Observe, assess, and record each child's progress and development using formative and summative assessments.
- Work closely with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates and involving them in their child’s learning journey.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care at all times.
- Manage classroom behavior positively and in accordance with school/nursery policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a team environment that fosters continuous improvement.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies.

**Requirements**:

- Montessori Experienced
- A relevant degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Experience working with young children in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and best practices in early childhood education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan effectively and work collaboratively with other staff
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
