**ABA Therapist - Full Time | Samarth Early Intervention Center (Wakad, Pune)**

**Position Summary**

The **ABA Therapist** provides direct 1:1 intervention to children with autism under the supervision of a Program Supervisor/BCBA. The therapist implements individualized behavior and learning plans, collects data, and helps each child achieve measurable progress.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children in-clinic
- Implement teaching and behavior intervention strategies as directed by the Program Supervisor
- Collect and record data accurately for each session
- Communicate regularly and professionally with supervisors, colleagues, and parents
- Attend training sessions and team meetings
- Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and adherence to ethical standards

**Requirements**:

- **bachelors/Master’s Degree in Psychology**, or a **Degree/Diploma in Special Education or Social Work**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in working with children with autism and developmental differences
- Ability to follow structured teaching procedures and collect data
- Prior experience in ABA or early intervention is an advantage, but **training will be provided**
