As a Graphic Designer, you’ll create visual stories and experiences that support our goal to empower every teacher and motivate every learner. You will work collaboratively across multiple departments-including Marketing, Product, and Sales-to plan, research, prototype, and create other communications and content for an ever-expanding, highly-engaged audience of teachers, students, and education leaders.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years experience in graphic design, motion graphics and video creation.
- Proficient in relevant design programs including Illustrator, Figma, Photoshop, Canva, After Effects, etc
- Able to enhance video clips with motion graphics and animations
- Able to drive and execute a creative project, from initial concept through delivery.
- Can gauge what viewers respond best to and adapt accordingly.
- Are organised and able to templatize work for effective use across teams.
- Able to manage deadlines for projects of varying scale and complexity.
- Can consume briefs efficiently in order to develop and implement changes to successfully deliver creatives and videos.
- BA in communications design, graphic design, or a related field of study
- Agency experience
- Experience with B2B/enterprise content creation
- Nice to have: Experience in edtech
