**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic **Sales Coordinator** to manage **lead generation and sales support** at **Indiamart**. The role involves identifying potential clients, following up on inquiries, and assisting the sales team in closing deals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
- Assign leads to sales representatives and track progress.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure prompt follow-ups.
- Support sales team with reports, coordination, and CRM updates.
- Monitor lead conversion rates and assist in strategy improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6 Month -3 years of experience in lead generation or sales support.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital platforms.
