Responsibilities
- **Accounting**:
- Record and track transactions
- Prepare invoices, debit and credit notes, and other documents
- Reconcile accounts and bank statements
- Prepare financial reports
- Manage petty cash transactions
- **Administrative**:
- Handle mail
- File paperwork
- Schedule appointments
- Order supplies
- **Communication**:
- Respond to queries from clients, suppliers, and colleagues
- Liaise with third-party providers
- **Organization**:
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Ensure compliance with rules and regulations
- Maintain proper filing systems
- **Other**:
- Support vendor relations
- Manage company assets, facilities, and equipment
**Skills**:
- **Accuracy**: Ensure that payments, amounts, and records are correct
- **Multitasking**: Work on multiple assignments at once
- **Adaptability**: Quickly learn new things and adjust to the organization's operating strategy
- **Methodical**: Approach each project methodically to ensure accuracy
