**Job Title**: Admin Executive
**Location**: Ahmedabad (On-site)
**Work Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: 1-3 years in administrative roles
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
- Handle vendor management, procurement of office supplies, and facility maintenance
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
- Oversee office cleanliness, security, and safety compliance
- Support HR in onboarding activities and asset allocation
- Maintain accurate records of bills, courier, attendance, and petty cash
- Organize travel, accommodation, and logistics for team members
- Handle minor tech support coordination with IT vendors
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in administration or office management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- A proactive and resourceful mindset
