**Location**:

- Noida Sector 3 (Walking distance from Noida Metro Station - 16)
- Bangalore (Manyata Tech Park)

**Working Days**:

- 6 days a week (Rotational week off)
- Day Shift

**Compensation**:

- Up to ₹35,000 CTC (₹31,000 in-hand) per month

**Payroll**:

- Third-party payroll

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Utilize cold calling techniques to generate leads and expand the client base.
- **Client Relations**: Provide personalized attention to clients, ensuring follow-up and exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- **Sales Execution**: Assist clients in purchasing real estate properties tailored to their needs while meeting assigned sales targets.
- **Service Provision**: Deliver pre-sales and post-sales support to clients, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- **Upselling**: Identify and promote new real estate investment opportunities to existing and prospective clients.
- **Relationship Management**: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- **Market Exploration**: Identify business opportunities and potential clients to secure profitable transactions.
- **Communication**: Act as a liaison between clients and builders, keeping clients informed about service updates, pricing, and new project launches.
- **Inbound and Outbound Calls**: Handle incoming inquiries about residential projects and follow up on previous customer inquiries.
- **CRM Management**: Document client interactions in the CRM, set reminders for follow-ups, and track progress.
- **Meetings**: Participate in daily/weekly review meetings to discuss targets and strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Must be a graduate.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales / tele sales/ inside sales/ telemarketing/ outbound sales with a proven track record of success.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
