Centre Associate role is the most important link of the GROW program with the community. The key task of this role is to lead field outreach activity of GROW Centre by ensuring regular footfall and enrolments.

AH should play a key role in converting right footfalls into enrolments, hence enrolment is a team work. Key Activities This role involves the following key activities:Daily Outreach PlanningSpending half a day in the Community to do field outreachSpending half a day on tele-calling /follow-up from Centre
- Home visit of placed and in-class aspirants for referrals Major Deliverables A CA should ensure the following monthly deliverables:

- Implementing outreach activities as per the planNetworking with local community representativesTele-calling to convert leads into footfallFollow-up for timely enrolmentsHome visits of placed and in-class aspirants for referralsTotal 50-60 footfalls and 20 Enrolments in a month Skills requiredGood Communication (Local language)Basic Planning Skills

- S/he should be local & have done some field work, focus on matured people who have some community experience, negotiate if they can work part-time (in case they find salary low) Age
