**Job Summary**:
As a Civil Supervisor at Poppys Hotel Private Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, within budget, and according to schedule. You will work closely with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Supervision**: Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that construction work meets quality standards and specifications outlined in the project plans.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe work environment.
- **Resource Management**: Manage labor, materials, and equipment effectively to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
- **Progress Reporting**: Provide regular updates on project progress to management and stakeholders.
- **Problem-solving**: Identify and resolve any obstacles or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
- **Cost Management**: Monitor project costs and expenses to ensure they remain within budgetary constraints.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of all construction activities, including daily reports and inspections.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in civil construction supervision.
- Proficiency in English & Tamil (Malayalam & Hindi are added advantages).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with construction management software is preferred.
