Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on C++ programming for students and professionals.
- Create training materials, including presentations, tutorials, exercises, and assignments.
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions, ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience.
- Assess trainees' progress through tests, assignments, and feedback sessions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in C++ and incorporate new techniques and tools into the training curriculum.
- Provide one-on-one guidance and mentoring to trainees as needed.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to continuously improve training methodologies and content.
- Assist in curriculum development and course planning.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract new trainees.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a C++ programmer, with a deep understanding of C++ language features, libraries, and tools.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring in a formal or informal setting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Familiarity with modern software development practices and tools, including version control systems, debugging, and testing.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping others learn and succeed.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and adjust teaching methods accordingly.

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 4 days

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
