Get To Know Us:SS&C GIDS provides information processing and computer software services and products.The Companys operating segments include financial markets, customer management, professional services, and output solutions.SS&C GIDS serves the alternative investments, asset and wealth management, banking and lending, insurance, and real estate industries.What You Will Get to Do :- Quality Assurance of solutions developed in a cross functional team.- Develop, implement and assure automated Quality Assurance using various test automation tools & frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, QTP/UFT and working API framework (restful APIs/SOAP UI/Postman API), TypeScript.- Build automation scripts in HP ALM/JIRA to get them run on automation labs.- Analyze test requirements, design and prepare automated test scenarios and scripts which provide comprehensive coverage of given requirements.- Generate test metrics & ROI to utilize them for process and efficiency improvements.- Build complex SQL queries to build automation scripts for data mining requirements and migration requirements.- Coach and mentor junior developers in the team.- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments.- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.What You Will Bring :- Bachelors degree in information technology or computer science (mandatory) with 6+ years experience in quality assurance of Superannuation Registry-based solutions.- ISTQB or equivalent certification.- Working experience in Automation testing using Playwright, Selenium and similar testing tools like UFT etc.- Strong hands-on experience in Automation framework development and enhancement and should have worked on script development.- Generally (at least 2 years, preferably 3+ years).- Proven experience of activities like automated script design, development, execution and maintenance in a Keyword driven framework using the HP UFT or Selenium framework.- Proficiency in SQL for data validation, migration testing, and automation support.- Experience with JIRA, HP ALM, and test management tools.- Experience with responsive design principles and accessibility (WCAG).
