**CLIENT SERVICE**
**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Handles all aspects of pre & post-sales administration of assigned clients.
- Manage the transition process of existing and new clients and further create business benefit solutions for TEAM RUSTIC.
**ADMINISTRATION**
- Produce communication pieces for clients and their clients.
- Conduct meetings at client sites.
- Work with clients for benefit interpretation.
- Assist Sales / Business Development personnel at presentations and meetings.
- Introduce new services and programs to clients
- Conduct quarterly client review meetings
**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**
- Working knowledge of event management service benefits for client.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Distinctive work experience with Microsoft Office incl. special skills on
- Organized and neat.
- Must be a Graduate.
- Additional qualifications like post graduate diploma from event management institutes will be an added advantage.
**PREFERRED SKILLS**
- Degree desired, Bachelor’s preferred.
- Presentation experience in a live environment.
- Able to handle short time lines and multi task at work.
- Be willing to attend appointments outside of the office with some overnight travel.
- Third Party Administrator experience is essential.
**DAILY ROUTINE**
- Every day is different for client services managers, but routine tasks include updating status reports for clients, receiving creative changes from clients, relaying those changes to creative staff and supervising the account’s finances.
- Daily responsibilities involve maintaining and growing client relationships, and managing client expectations — for example, keeping them realistic about timelines for delivering campaigns.
- Research is also part of the job.
- Whether a client makes tractors, sells clothes or is a banker, the client service personnel must be or become within 4 weeks an industry expert.
- An account manager's day might start with a client meeting to discuss a new app. Next up: Sending another client a rough cut of a AV spot, getting feedback on a creative, making final changes and shipping of material for an upcoming event, another brainstorming session for a client who wants to increase sales in a specific category might be on the agenda and at the same time working on a presentation for a client for a new idea for his or her event.
- Client service personnel also schedule research time, walks, talks and even recce’s to check out clients’ competition, write up their findings and share them with internal teams.
- Client service personnel also data mine on the Internet, read review in magazines and newspaper articles for new trends several times a day.
**CHARACTERISTICS**
- Client services managers share specific personality and work traits.
- They can juggle multiple client needs while maneuvering sudden changes of direction in the event market space.
- They're organized.
- People skills are also a must, because they interface with many personalities in many disciplines.
- Diplomacy is key as well — Client service personnel must work through differences of opinion and perspective between creative staff and clients.
- Also important are curiosity and an interest in keep up with new technologies and trends and how they affect the business.
- Finally, the ability to foster a healthy work-place culture is important, because agency employees work long hours and face tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,941.11 - ₹35,000.00 per month
