Quality Assurance Executive

**Job Title: Quality assurance and document sorting specialist for localization (translation and audio) Services**

As a quality assurance and document sorting specialist for translation and audio services, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of translated documents. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of translate content and ensuring that it meets the highest standards of linguistic and cultural appropriateness.

**Key responsibilities**

Document Sorting

1. Receive incoming documents for translation and voice over and categorize them based on content type, language pair, and priority.

2. Document formatting for translators to translate and artist to record

3. Delivery of project in the given timelines.

4. Ensure timely processing of the project and delivery of script

5. Organize documents into appropriate folders or databases for efficient workflow management.

6. Collaborate with project managers and translators to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively

Quality Assurance

1. Review translated documents for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.

2. Verify that translated content adheres to the client's style guide, terminology, and specifications.

3. Conduct linguistic and cultural checks to ensure that translations are culturally appropriate and contextually accurate.

4. Identify inconsistencies or discrepancies in translations and communicate feedback to translators for revisions.

5. Perform quality control checks at various stages of the translation process to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.

Collaboration and Communication

1. Collaborate closely with translators, editors, and project managers to address

any issues or concerns related to translation quality.

2. Provide constructive feedback to translators to help them improve their skills

and maintain consistency in translations.

3. Communicate effectively with internal team members and external clients to

ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of high-quality translations.

4. Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and technologies related to

translation and quality assurance.

5. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of standardized procedures and workflows.

**Skills**:
1. Bachelor's degree

2. Proven experience in document sorting, quality assurance, or translation project

management.

3. Proficiency in at least two languages, including excellent writing and

communication skills.

4. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and

quality.

5. **Experienced in handling of projects using use Project management tools**

**(Hubspot/Jira), CAT Tools(SMARTCAT, SDL TRADOS), Business**

**communication platforms (Slack/Flock), QA Tools (Verifka, X-Bench), and**

**other apps to increase consistency and speed up translation processes.**

6. Good understanding of the role and implication of Machine learning and AI in Localization and working on AI tools like Chat GPT 3.5 and above, AWS, Cloud API SMARTCAT for Indian and foreign languages.

7. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

effectively. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a

multicultural environment.

8. Expertise to deliver work on time and follow the adhere timelines.

**Work experience: 1-2 years (on the Job relevant industry experience)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
