**Responsibilities**:
**Visual Content Creation**: Develop eye-catching and cohesive visual content, including graphics, illustrations, animations, and videos, tailored to each social media platform's specifications and audience preferences.

**Branding and Consistency**: Maintain brand consistency by adhering to established design guidelines while continuously innovating and exploring new creative directions to keep our social media content fresh and engaging.

**Campaign Support**: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visual content for social media campaigns, promotions, product launches, and special events.

**Adaptability**: Stay up-to-date with design trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in social media to ensure that our content remains relevant and effective.

**Content Scheduling**: Coordinate with the social media team to ensure timely delivery of design assets, and assist in creating content calendars to align with marketing initiatives.

**Community Engagement**: Monitor and respond to social media engagement related to visual content, fostering interactions with our online community and incorporating feedback into design improvements.

**Analytics and Optimization**: Analyze performance metrics and user engagement data to refine and optimize design strategies, ensuring continuous improvement in social media visual content.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to align design elements with written content and campaign objectives.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Proficient in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Demonstrable portfolio showcasing strong visual design skills, particularly for social media platforms.

Experience creating graphics for various social media formats (static images, GIFs, short videos, etc.).

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition principles.

Familiarity with social media trends, platform requirements, and best practices for content creation.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Creative thinking and a willingness to explore new design concepts and techniques.

Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
