7Frames Studio (a subsidiary of Ladder Media) is hiring a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.

We are a team of artists and storytellers with a forward, friendly and inclusive culture. We are growing and our team is growing with us. Hence, we are hiring awesome animators and designers who will also bring their passion for storytelling to our studio along with their skill and sense.

**Responsibilities**:
2) Study design briefs and determine requirements.
3) Schedule projects and define budget constraints.
4) Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
5) Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
6) Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
7) Use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
8) Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
9) Test graphics across various media
10) Amend designs after feedback
11) Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

**Job Requirements**:
1) Proven graphic designing experience
2) A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
3) Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop)
4) A keen eye for aesthetics and details
5) Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
6) Degree in design, fine Arts or related field.
7) Previous experience working on social media channels would be preferred

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

- Bengaluru, Bangalore - 560103, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
