Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
'¢ Make outbound calls to prospective students and provide them with detailed information about graduation and MBA courses. Convince and encourage students to enroll in the courses based on their career goals.

Follow up with potential students to ensure a smooth admission process.

Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, feedback, and follow-ups.

Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.

Address queries regarding course structure, eligibility, and benefits.

Build and maintain positive relationships with students to ensure long-term engagement.

**Required Skills**:
Average English communication skills (both verbal and written).

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle objections and queries efficiently.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel basic knowledge is a plus).

Good organizational and time management skills.

Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.

Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
