**Job Title**: Front Desk cum Telecaller

**Reporting To**: Admin Manager / Operations Head
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Duties**:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle patient registrations, OPD appointments, and billing coordination.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for smooth patient flow.
- Maintain appointment and walk-in records properly.
**Telecalling Duties**:
- Answer incoming calls promptly, resolve queries or redirect calls to the appropriate department.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with patients for appointment reminders, feedback, or health checkup promotions.
- Maintain and update the patient database regularly.
- Promote hospital services, health packages, and wellness programs over the phone.
- Handle basic inquiries about services, doctors, timings, and location.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front office or telecalling role, preferably in a healthcare setup.
- Graduate in any stream; diploma or certification in front office/hospital administration is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic knowledge of hospital software or HIS (Hospital Information System).
- Fluency in English, Hindi, Marathi.
- Polite, patient, and presentable personality.
**Working Hours**:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
**Salary**:
As per industry standards and experience.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
