**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about hospital services, OPD timings, doctors’ availability, and other general queries.
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments.
- Maintain patient database and update records regularly.
- Assist in promotional calling for health checkup camps, vaccination drives, or specialty OPDs.
- Coordinate with departments and consultants for smooth communication and appointment handling.
- Follow call scripts, if available, and personalize each call to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Handle patient concerns and escalate complaints to the appropriate department if needed.
- Maintain call logs, reports, and other documentation as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum HSC / Graduate in any field.
- 1+ years of experience in telecalling, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setup.
- Good command over English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and call log maintenance.
- Pleasant and confident phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask.

**Working Hours**:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

**Salary**:
As per industry standards and experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
