**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning and Delivery**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, and literature analysis.
- Foster interactive and engaging classroom discussions.
- **Student Development**:

- Assess students' strengths and areas for improvement through assignments, tests, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback to support academic growth.
- Encourage creativity and independent thinking.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Enforce classroom rules and discipline when necessary.
- Foster a respectful and supportive atmosphere for all students.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school administration to support student success.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and curriculum planning sessions.
- **Assessment and Record Keeping**:

- Grade assignments, tests, and essays promptly and fairly.
- Maintain accurate records of students' progress and attendance.
- Prepare progress reports and report cards as needed.
- **Extracurricular Contributions**:

- Organize or support extracurricular activities such as debate clubs, drama productions, or reading groups (if applicable).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (required).
- Teaching certification or licensure (as required by the region or country).
- Strong knowledge of English language and literature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in teaching (preferred).

**Skills**:

- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Creativity in lesson planning and teaching strategies.
- Proficiency in using technology for teaching and administration.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
