Prepare purchase orders, monitor the order status, and ensure products and services are delivered as per agreed timelines.Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts and overstocking, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing wastage.Regularly analyze purchase costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to negotiate better pricing and terms.Ensure all products purchased meet the quality standards required for hospitality operations and comply with safety regulations.Maintain accurate records of all purchase transactions, and prepare regular reports on procurement activities, including spending, savings, and supplier performance.Work closely with various departments, including kitchen, housekeeping, and maintenance, to understand their specific procurement needs and align them with budgetary constraints.Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and new products that can enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and purchasing software.

- Understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.
