Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Executive at SOURCING INDUSTRIAL, located

in Gurugram. Sourcing Industrial is seeking a full-time on-site

The Purchasing Executive will be responsible for managing the purchasing process to ensure

timely and accurate delivery of goods and services to meet organizational needs

The Purchasing Executive will also identify potential suppliers negotiate with vendors for the

purchase of goods and services.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related

field

1+ years of experience in purchasing and procurement.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Understanding of purchasing procedures, inventory management, and supply chain management

Demonstrated negotiation and vendor management skills.

Experience sourcing various materials including MRO, other indirect materials and all types of

automation items.

Experience in end-to-end procurement processes such as sourcing, arrange pricing, making

purchase orders, delivery, invoicing, and payment.

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to develop strong relationships with suppliers,

communicate effectively, and work in a team environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (outlook, excel, word)

Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business opportunities and implement effective

solutions.

Job Type : Full Time

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
