Gravton Motors founded on the idea that electric vehicles can contribute to sustainable living provided it comes at the convenience or ease of using fossil-fuel powered vehicles. We designed and engineered our first electric two-wheeler QUANTA on this one single principle that should be adopted by many to lower carbon footprint by introducing SES (Swap Ecosystem) into the design of the vehicle as well as business model.
QUANTA is conceptualised, designed, and engineered in Hyderabad, Telangana, India for the Indian Market. We built our vehicle to be robust enough to attract a whole new crowd who would appreciate a practical design, by redefining the step-through design of the two-wheeler market in India.
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles to clients, highlighting features and benefits.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand promotion.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report on sales activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
