UpMan Placements is urgently hiring for one of our esteemed clients from the Manufacturing industry.

**Role**:

- Sales Co-ordinator

**Reporting To** - Sales Head

**Location**:

- Shilaj, Ahmedabad

**Required Skills**:

- Having good communication skills ( both written/oral) & ability to articulate with internal & extremal stakeholders
- Ability to manage key account's after sales business and generate revenue as per given targets
- Should have strong negotiation skills
- Good on customer relationship management
- Strong data management & analytical skills (good command over MS Office (Excel) to handle; analyze large no. of data) with effective management representation
- Having strong interpersonal & interface management skills
- Past experience in handling large global customer accounts will be preferred
- Ability to speak, listen and read uninterruptedly in English & Hindi language. Knowledge of additional local language is beneficial
- Able to negotiate price and contractual terms and conditions with customers
- Good on logical-technical thinking
- Computer savvy (Microsoft word, excel & power point is must, rest would be good to have)

**Responsibilities**:

- Inquiry generation and technical/commercial clarification with customer before submission of offer. Also able to identify new business opportunity within the existing customer group
- Overall responsible for Customer account handling - From enquiry generation to realization of payments
- To maintain MIS for overall customer base and periodic representation to management for update
- Customer complain handling and its resolution within stipulated time

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

Shift:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
