Job Responsibilities
-Coordinate with the requirements of all end customers as per the instruction of New BD/Sales Director. -Quotation to be send in co-ordination with New BD/Sales Director ( As per the format and process) -Entering the Sales order in ERP as per process- all end customers. ( As per the process) -Preparing Despatch planning and co-ordinating with the update the Supply chain for initiating despatches. ( As per given format) -Co-ordination with Tech Services by sending the technical pending tracker for samples, documentation and any other technical queries, complaints & rejections etc. ( As per format). -Regular Payment follow up and debtor collection, C forms and other legal forms- all end customers -Regularly updating any overdue/problematic payments and C forms- all end customers. -Daily Maintaining of the Tracker (As per format). -To co-ordinate with the Logistics team for all the required paper work for all Dispatches, Rejection or Transportation Queries. -Any Credit/Debit note should get it approved from Sales Director and send to accounts for further processing. -Any issues/concerns which require intervention from top management should be brought to the notice of Sales director immediately. -To address any specific requirement of the customer and to report any urgent issues to the Sales Director for clearance or clarification. -Maintaining the master list of product wise quantities for all existing customers & customer master list (as per given format). -Preparation of monthly review report – Sales & projection. Maintain a master list of year wise/ product wise sales. -To fix up appointments with all existing customers during Exhibitions/visits.
Skills Required
Key Skills Communication- written and oral in English/ Hindi
Education MBA is preferable or should be BSC Chemistry /B Pharm with experience in Sales, Medical representative is also can apply
