Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver training programs on various SAP modules, including but not limited to FICO, SD, MM, PP, and HCM.
- Create training materials, including course outlines, training manuals, handouts, and presentations.
- Customize training content based on the client's requirements and skill levels of the learners.
- Conduct training needs analysis and assess the effectiveness of the training programs.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and delivery teams to identify and address client needs.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest SAP software updates and changes and incorporate them into the training programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with the training programs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience as an SAP Trainer or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of SAP software and its various modules.
- Experience developing training materials and delivering training programs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
