We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable SAP FICO Trainer to join our team on a part-time basis. As an SAP FICO Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions on the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. Your role will involve preparing and conducting sessions, assessing student progress, and providing ongoing guidance and support to ensure students gain proficiency in SAP FICO.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct interactive and engaging SAP FICO training sessions for students.
- Prepare well-structured training materials such as presentations, handouts, and practical exercises.
- Ensure that training content is current, relevant, and aligned with industry standards.
- **Student Engagement**:

- Create a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Work with the academic team to develop and refine the SAP FICO curriculum.
- Incorporate real-life examples, case studies, and hands-on exercises to facilitate better learning.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress.
- Assist in preparing and distributing course materials as required.
- Support the administrative team with other tasks related to training programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; SAP FICO certification preferred.
- Proven experience as an SAP FICO Trainer or in a similar training role.
- Strong expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to create effective training materials and deliver engaging presentations.
- A passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
