**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic, Attractive, and friendly **Spa Receptionist cum Tele caller** who can be the face and voice of our brand. You will play a key role in **welcoming clients, handling appointments, promoting our wellness services, and maintaining smooth front desk operations.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for booking appointments and answering inquiries.
- Maintain client records and manage scheduling through spa software.
- Promote spa packages, services, and promotions to clients.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Manage client feedback with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
- Support administrative and customer service tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Pleasing personality and well-groomed appearance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or hospitality sector preferred (but freshers with the right attitude are welcome).
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and customer management.
