As a Tele Caller, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Mareechi Homes' projects and services
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for sales teams
- Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to team and company growth
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience

**Requirements**:

- Experience in telesales, lead generation, or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Strong product knowledge (training provided on Mareechi Homes' projects and services)
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a growth mindset
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
