We are Dubai Based Real Estate Firm, seeking a dynamic and self-motivated female Real Estate Agent to manage inventory and listings remotely as a full-time work-from-home employee of our sourcing team. This position requires an outgoing personality, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to connect with people effortlessly. You will be responsible for maintaining property listings, managing inventory, and conducting basic financial calculations as required. This role is ideal for someone with a background in sales, business development, or real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Inventory and Listings Management**: Maintain an organized and updated database of property listings, ensuring accurate information and availability.
- **Broker Engagement**: You will outreach and work with various brokers to create collaborative deals with them.
- **Client Engagement**: Build strong relationships with clients, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
- **Data and Financial Management**: Use Excel to track listings, perform basic calculations (such as ROI and expenses), and report on financial metrics.
- **Self-Driven Initiative**: Work independently with a high level of motivation, meeting goals and deadlines effectively.
- **Sales and Business Development (preferred)**: Leverage past experience in sales or real estate to identify potential opportunities and optimize client interactions.

**Requirements**:

- **Personality and Skills**: Outgoing, easy to talk to, and has a natural talent for connecting with people.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Excel, with an understanding of basic financial calculations.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in sales, business development, or real estate is a strong advantage.
- **Availability**: Ready to work remotely, 6 days a week.
- **Self-Motivation**: Highly motivated, with a proactive attitude and a focus on continuous improvement.
