**Qualification**:

- B. Tech / M. Tech (Mechanical)

**Experience**:

- Overall 2- 9 Years of Experience in CAD and BIM platforms.

**Role**: Plumbing design, Modelling, Detailing and Documentation

**Discipline**: MEP

**Duties**:

- Design, Modelling, Detailing and Documentation:

- Design of Plumbing systems (2D & 3D).
- Construction documentation (BIM).
- Makes calculations using engineering formulas and skills for design, such as waste, vent, water, natural gas, storm and medical gas loads and equipment sizing.
- Research design options and document findings for Project Lead.
- Calculates space requirements for proper equipment layout.
- Designs room layouts.
- Lays out portions of piping systems based on schematic layout by Project Lead.
- **QC**:

- Follow project QC checklist: Plumbing
- Implement QC standards across the assigned projects: Plumbing:

- Maintain the same level of quality on all deliverables in all the assigned projects/tasks: Plumbing
- **Client Coordination**:

- Daily / Weekly status calls with client to update the task status along with the Project Lead.
- Capture and analyze the client requirements: Plumbing
- Deliver the tasks to clients as per the schedule with the supervision
of the project lead.

**Responsibilities**:

- This role will have no direct reporting associates.
- Responsible for overall performance of Plumbing tasks (as assigned by the project lead).
- Quality of the deliverables to the clients (on the assigned plumbing tasks).
- Delivery of CAD and BIM projects as per clients expectations.
- Modelling
- Detailing
- Documentation
- Design and calculation of Plumbing systems (must)

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
