Autocad Draughtsman/woman

Prepare **detailed plumbing and firefighting system drawings**, including water supply, drainage, sanitary, sprinkler, and fire hydrant systems using AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software.
- Develop **schematic diagrams**, pipe layouts, and routing plans for water supply, drainage, and firefighting networks.
- Coordinate with plumbing and firefighting design engineers to ensure that drawings are in line with project specifications, building codes, and client requirements.
- Prepare **shop drawings, as-built drawings**, and other necessary documentation to ensure the smooth execution of designs on-site.
- Collaborate with other MEP disciplines (electrical, HVAC) to ensure coordinated services and avoid clashes between systems.
- Assist engineers in **quantity take-offs** and prepare **Bill of Quantities (BOQ)** for plumbing and firefighting systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant local and international codes and standards, including NFPA (National Fire Protection Association), local fire regulations, and plumbing codes.
- Perform revisions and updates to drawings as needed, based on site conditions, client feedback, or design changes.
- Provide **technical support** during construction, including site visits to verify that designs are being implemented correctly.
Maintain organized and accurate records of all project drawings and documentation
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
