Job Title**:Sr. Executive
- Sourcing & Supply chain**

**Job Objective **
- We are looking for a competent **Executive **or **Sr. Executive** to planning and **undertake the documentation process of Export & Dispatch in overseas.**

Job Description
- **To Maintain & Handle Export Documentation (shipment process country wise) & Facilitating Communication**

Preparation and check consignment allocation of new orders (Order from outside countries as per NOD'S)

Preparation of Export Documents and book the shipment through the Logistics Partners/Vendors

After it send concerned documents to the Mother Warehouse for dispatch and shipment

To check and approved concerned bill related with Shipping, Lading, Air way and clear daily Export issues.

**To verifying information & maintain the Record Compliances (Related with Export Documentation)**

To verify & maintain the documents as per Export policy (Invoice, Packing list, Internal Packing List, Certificate of Origin from DCC, Export Value Declaration,KYC Form, Drug License copy etc.)

Preparation of Sample Shipment Documents and dispatch it through the Logistics Partner within all countries

**To Make Reports & Others**

To Check Logistics Bills, deduct bills & related work
To prepare the files related with purchase Order, Export production file & stock report in software and solve the Customer related queries for product registration etc.
Follow-ups with the buyers for the consignment status.

**Technical/Functional Competencies**:

- **Excellent pre and post Documentation and problem solving skills**

**should have knowledge/experience of International export documentation & costing**
- **Ability to handle overseas Buyers, CHA & Transporters independently,**
- **Should be efficient with MS Office suite (MS Word & excel)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
