**Job Summary**:
The **PGT Social Science Teacher** is responsible for teaching **History, Geography, Political Science, and Economics** to senior secondary students (**Grades 11-12**). The role involves developing critical thinking, research skills, and a deep understanding of social structures, historical events, and global issues. The teacher will also prepare students for board exams, competitive exams, and higher education.

**Key Responsibilities:Curriculum Planning & Instruction**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with **CBSE, ICSE, State Board, IB, or Cambridge curriculum**.
- Use **case studies, discussions, debates, and project-based learning** to make lessons engaging.
- Integrate technology, digital resources, and current affairs into the curriculum.

**Student Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Prepare and conduct **tests, assignments, board exam preparations, and practical projects**.
- Provide detailed feedback and performance analysis to help students improve.
- Guide students in **research projects, Model United Nations (MUN), social science Olympiads, and competitive exams**.

**Classroom Management & Student Engagement**:

- Maintain a **positive and interactive classroom environment**.
- Encourage **critical thinking, debate, and problem-solving approaches**.
- Cater to different learning styles and ensure inclusivity in teaching methods.

**Parental Communication & Student Support**:

- Conduct **parent-teacher meetings** to discuss student progress.
- Provide **academic guidance, career counseling, and mentorship** for students interested in **law, administration, civil services, journalism, and social sciences**.

**Professional Development & School Collaboration**:

- Stay updated with the latest **trends in social science education and research**.
- Participate in **faculty meetings, training programs, and school events**.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
