**Job Description-**
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute the social media marketing strategy in alignment with the overall marketing goals and business objectives. Identify target audiences and create content that resonates with them.
- Content Creation: Create engaging, original, and high-quality content for social media platforms, including text, image, video, and interactive formats. This content should be tailored to each platform and designed to encourage user interaction and brand loyalty.
- Social Media Management: Monitor and manage the company's social media accounts across various platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Community Building: Nurture an online community around the brand, fostering meaningful interactions and relationships with followers. Proactively engage with users to build a positive brand image and reputation.
- Social Media Advertising: Plan and implement social media ad campaigns to increase brand exposure, website traffic, and lead generation. Monitor and optimize the performance of ad campaigns to achieve desired outcomes.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track and measure the performance of social media efforts. Generate reports on key metrics, trends, and insights to identify areas for improvement and inform future strategies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and the marketing team, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to social media marketing.
- Brand Monitoring: Monitor brand mentions and online sentiment to respond effectively to positive and negative feedback. Address potential crises or issues swiftly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.

**Salary**: From ₹17,000.00 per month
