As a Front Office Executive, you will be the face of our company, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient communication between various departments. Your primary responsibilities will include:
**1. Customer Handling**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate information about our products/services.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to enhance the customer experience.

**2. Test Report Preparation**:

- Receive and record samples for testing in accordance with company protocols.
- Coordinate with the testing department to ensure timely processing of samples.
- Generate detailed test reports based on the results obtained, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and maintain test reports in electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.

**3. Document Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.
- Ensure all documents are properly filed and archived according to company policies.

**4. Front Desk Operations**:

- Answer incoming calls, redirecting them as necessary, and taking messages when required.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule appointments and meetings.
- Assist in arranging travel accommodations and logistics for staff when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
