Our services encompass a wide range of areas, including turnkey project logistics, vessel chartering, out-of-gauge (OOG) shipping, port handling and transhipment, heavy haulage and lifting, factory decommissioning solutions, international air freight management, warehousing, and customs clearance. This comprehensive approach enables us to provide seamless and efficient logistics solutions to our clients.

**Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes for freight forwarding transactions.

Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and expenses related to import, export shipments.

Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in the accounting system.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and address client inquiries.

Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.

Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.

Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations.

MBA- Finance, BCOM, BCOM(CA), BMS
Proven track record with at least 1+ years of experience in Accounts Department
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and Basic knowledge in Excelsheet | Sending Mail and Receiving Mail | Basic GST knowledge | TDS knowledge
